Wiko Rainbow Cyanogen CM13 Marshmallow 6.0.1 ROM and related News and Tutorial

No kidding. It's finally here. There were a lot of hoaxes and frauds about the "never-coming" Update for the Wiko Rainbow and a lot of blogs and reviewers had their clicks by generating fake news about official Lollipop updates or ROMs (which were only re-skinned 4.4.2 ROMs) or missunderstood press gibbirish from spain. But forget about all that. get the new Wiko Rainbow Lollipop ROM CM 12.1. Your device will love your for it even though there are some minor bugs left. Read on:

Howdy! As the fellow user ocoot reported in a dedicated thread at xda-developers.com there is a fix now for the Android KitKat 4.4.4 Wiko Rainbow versions relating GPS-bug. It's a flashable file to applyed via recovery. This bug was the main reason, why many people stayed with the old 4.4.2 (even though there seems to be a battery bug). I've been going with Clockworkmod Recovery with my Wiko Rainbow for quite some time now. But I actually always liked the TWRP versions better. Now there seems a semi stable TWRP 2.8.2a version for the Wiko Rainbow. Unfortunatly I came accross a bug which of I want to warn you in the following:

A lot of people are waiting for a KitKat 4.4.4 ROM for the Wiko Rainbow. Why? Because 4.4.2 on the Wiko Rainbow is for Android, like what Windows ME / Vista was for Windows.
